Subject of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 14hib platform and its users. By using the 14hib website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Creation Rules

Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

14hib may request identity verification at any time to ensure secure transactions. Failure to cooperate with this process may delay withdrawals. All information related to identity verification is kept completely confidential.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 14hib is ৳200. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. Deposited funds go directly into your 14hib wallet.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for your deposit.

Welcome Bonus

14hib offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

To meet the bonus terms, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw your winnings after placing ৳10,000 in wagers.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• If a bonus amount is not used within the set time limit, it may be cancelled.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Playing certain games with bonus funds may count differently toward meeting bonus requirements.
• 14hib reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP & Cashback Program

14hib's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to higher tiers through regular gameplay.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. Applicable terms must also be met for cashback bonuses.

Fair Play Guarantee

14hib is committed to providing a safe and reliable gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption, and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the round in question may be considered void and the wager will be returned. Incorrect winnings or prizes displayed due to a system error will not be considered valid.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to commit fraud.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using fake or stolen payment methods.
• Falsifying personal information or using another person's identity.

Service Availability
